Jimoh Osabiya is a dynamic, vision-oriented leader and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in Banking and Financial services businesses. He was the Chief Executive Officer of Wema Registrars Ltd (subsidiary of Wema Bank Plc) for about 6 years before he left in November 2015 to co-found Reliance Microfinance Bank and became the pioneer Managing Director/CEO in January 2016. Prior to this, he worked with many top-rated financial institutions – FCMB/CSL group, Skye Bank Plc (Corporate & Investment Banking division), Skye Stockbrokers now Securities Africa Financial Ltd (Group Head, Finance, Operations & Admin). He also worked in UBA Group (UBA Registrars) now African Prudential Plc where he was adjudged the best team leader during the transformation team of the Registrars department of the group to a full-fledged subsidiary company developing and implementing seamless techno-based operational model, new business development and team building and human capital development. His significant contribution earned him promotion and appointment as the Chief Operating Officer in 2008. He left in December 2009 to take up the leadership of the erstwhile Wema Registrars Limited in January 2010.
He holds Bachelor degree in Banking & Finance as well as MBA, Marketing from Olabisi Onabanjo University and Lagos State University respectively. He is an Alumnus of Lagos Business School and has attended several trainings/workshops (both local and foreign) on financial services with expertise on credit/financial analysis, investment management, share registration, leadership, strategy, microfinance and risk management.
A Fellow of Chartered Institute of Bankers Nigeria (FCIB) and Institute of Capital Market Registrars Nigeria (FCMR). He is also an Associate of both Nigerian Institute of Management (ANIM) and Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria (ACIP). He is equally a Microfinance Certified Banker (MCIB) and an erstwhile registered capital market operator with Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC).
In his quest to further improve his knowledge and skill, he attended Lagos Business School (Chief Executive Program), Pan African Advanced Management Program at IESE Business School, (University of Nivara) Barcelona, Spain and also completed International Management Program in Nanyang Business School, (Nanyang Technological University) Singapore.

Olujide Olukole is a Financial Consultant and currently the Managing Partner of Richardson Business Services Limited, a Consultancy firm that specializes in business advisory, turnaround management and strategic planning.
He studied Economics at the University of Ibadan, graduating with a Second Class Upper Division, he also did his Master’s Degree in Economics in the University of Lagos. Olujide Olukole is among the pioneer MBA holders with specialisation in Finance Management from Lagos State University.
He had over fourteen years of experience in the Banking industry, specializing in the following areas; retail Banking, credit appraisal & administration, operations, branch management and loan recovery.
Olujide is an associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN). He is also a qualified stockbroker and an authorised dealer of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE), he worked with BGL Securities Limited, between 2008-2015, before becoming the Managing Partner of Richardson Business Services Limited, one of the notable and accredited consultants at Bank of Industry. He is also a Director with Vast Concept Nigeria Limited, an export oriented trading company.
He is currently the chairman of Reliance Microfinance Bank

Olaide who is currently the Managing Director of Vicdakem Ventures, a trading company and also serves as a Director on the board of Deyomax Limited (a real estate company).
Ayo, an alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School, holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting (Second class Upper division) and a Master’s degree in Finance, both from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye. He also has a good Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from Yaba College of Technology. He is currently undergoing his PHD (Finance) programme in Olabisi Onabanjo University.
He qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ICAN) in May 1997 and was admitted a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria in 2013. He is a Certified Microfinance Banker (CIBN) and an Associate Member of both the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. He is equally an Authorized Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange and a Registered Capital Market Operator/Sponsored Individual with the Securities & Exchange Commission.
Ayo had his Professional Practice experience with Soga Oludemi & Co. (Chartered Accountants) in Lagos and started his post qualification banking career with Marina International Bank (Now Access Bank) in the year 2000 and left in 2005 as Assistant Manager/Head of Management Reports & Returns in the Financial Control department of the Bank. He had a brief Stint with Crossworld Securities Limited in 2005 before he joined Sterling Bank in 2006 as Assistant Manager in charge of Market Risk Management and later joined FCMB as Head of Financial Reporting.
As a result of his strong interest in Development Finance, he left First City Monument Bank Plc as Head of Financial Reporting in 2007 to build a career in the Microfinance subsector during which he garnered quality experience and International exposure in the running of sustainable NGOs and Microfinance Banks in Kenya, Gambia, Ethiopia, Ghana, Istanbul and India. He was the Managing Director/CEO of Susu Microfinance Bank between 2011 and 2015 after which he ventured into the capital market space to build a career in investment banking by joining Network Capital Limited (A member of the Nigerian Stock Exchange) as Chief Dealer. He left Network Capital Limited to join MBL Financial Services (Member of Nigerian Stock Exchange) in 2019, also as a Chief Dealer, a position he held before joining Reliance Capital Limited as the pioneer Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer in 2020.
