GOLDEN PASTA, AGBARA

We successfully executed a comprehensive major overhaul of a *Caterpillar 3608 (1.89 MW)* generator set at the Golden Pasta facility in Agbara. Our scope of work included the *procurement and supply of all critical components* required for the overhaul, as well as the *deployment of a specialized technical team* to perform the maintenance.

The project was completed *within a two-month timeframe*, with the generator fully restored and certified for operational efficiency upon completion.

PROMASIDOR NIGERIA LIMITED

We successfully completed both top and major overhauls of two generator sets at the Promasidor facility:

Caterpillar 3516 – 2000 KVA Generator Set

Perkins – 45 KVA Generator Set

NIGERIA BAG MANUFACTURING COMPANY (BAGCO)

We were awarded the contract to perform a major overhaul on a 2000 KVA Caterpillar 3516 generator set at BAGCO, a leading name in industrial packaging. Our scope of work included the complete supply of OEM-grade components and deployment of a skilled technical team to execute the project. The overhaul was efficiently completed within a 3-week timeframe, with all systems restored to peak operational performance. ON-SITE INSPECTION & MAINTENANCE OF GAS GENERATOR SET

Our team carried out a *comprehensive inspection and routine maintenance* of a *Caterpillar C175-16 Gas Generator Set* at the client’s facility.

During the inspection, our technicians conducted a meticulous evaluation of key systems including the *combustion system, fuel delivery mechanism, exhaust assembly, and the **overall structural integrity* of the generator.

Potential signs of wear were identified early, and *preventive maintenance* was promptly executed to ensure continued operational reliability and minimize downtime.

NIGERITE LIMITED

Adekass successfully executed a *major overhaul* of a *1500 KVA Caterpillar 3512 generator set* at the Nigerite facility. We managed the entire project lifecycle, including the *supply of all required components* and the deployment of experienced technical personnel. The overhaul was completed *efficiently within 15 days*, restoring the generator to full operational capacity and ensuring reliable power supply for ongoing operations.

NATIONAL ASSEMBLY (NASS), ABUJA

Adekass was entrusted with the *major and top overhaul of seven (7) units of 3516 – 2000 KVA Caterpillar generator sets* at the National Assembly Complex in Abuja.
