Oh yes, that’s me; after achieving so much in my life, I still felt empty and unsatisfied, to the point where I downplayed all my achievements. I have ventured into different businesses for many years to find my voice and passion; for some, this comes easy, but for others, it’s quite a journey. Little did I know I already had a passion, but I never thought it would be that simple.
We turn to look outside of ourselves for answers but looking inwards, that’s where the magic is. For a while, I felt lost and hoped that someone would come and save me, but that never happened; during this time of being lost mentally and spiritually, I realised that the kind of businesses I was involved in didn’t help me find myself; instead, they were digging the hole even deeper. Until I take the first step into healing my body, mind, and spirit, I will never meet the version of myself I want to become; it is during this time that healing began.
Physical healing begins with what you put in your body; mental healing begins with what you watch and listens to; financial healing begins with what you do every day towards your goals or dreams; Spiritual healing beings with what you feed your spirit and soul. Being a mother has tested my mental health and opened my eyes to holistic wellness and being health conscious. Motherhood is a journey that requires strength not just physically but emotionally and spiritually as well as mentally.
My journey as a mother, alongside the strong views on a holistic approach to life (Spirit, Soul and Body), birthed my most recent venture, “Jannis”, a business that helps educate, supports and inspire high-performing businessmen and women to achieve more than just careers success, but to pursue a holistic wellness lifestyle.
It is lovely meeting you,
Stay Tuned. Stay Blessed. Stay Fabulous.
