Requirements for Re-Issuance of Lost License

• Initiate online application for re-issuance on the Council’s license portal https://licence.nmcn.gov.ng
• Upload scanned copy of original recent colored passport photograph with white background.
• Upload scanned copy of original Certificates of Registration issued by Council.
• Sworn court affidavit
• Police extract (if licence is current)
• Payment of prescribed fees of N10,937 only through REMITA (TSA) on the portal.
